Job duties but not limited to:
Welcoming guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
Managing Serenity Spa appointments.
Addressing guest requests.
Answering phone calls.
Anticipating guests' needs.
Other duties as requested by management.
Requirements: Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
