As a Client Service Representative , you'll be at the forefront of our mission to represent our clients' brands and provide exceptional customer service. You'll leverage your knowledge to offer each customer a personalized and comprehensive understanding of the services and products available, ensuring a professional and seamless experience from start to finish.

Client Service Representative Responsibilities:
Exhibit exceptional speaking skills to effectively communicate with current and potential customers as a professional and composed customer service representative.
Prioritize customer satisfaction by taking proactive steps and actively listening to customers when addressing their inquiries about products and services they are interested in or have already purchased.
Enhance the sales process by identifying opportunities, understanding customer motivation, and effectively responding to objections.




Address challenging customer situations with care and focus on finding solutions to their concerns.
Manage the entire sales process from start to finish by overseeing order status and ensuring the timely installation of products/services according to company policies.
Participate actively in daily and weekly meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest product and service updates and promotions.
Collaborate effectively with team members and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Client Service Representative Requirements:
The minimum age requirement for this position is 18 years of age or older.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are necessary for this role.
The position requires full-time availability.
This is an in-person role located in Vaughan, and the successful candidate must be willing to commute to the office daily.
Although not required, previous experience in customer service and/or sales positions is considered an asset.
A diploma or degree in Communications, Business, Advertising, or Sales is preferred for this position.
