Job Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals listed on the menu
Oversee and guide kitchen staff in food preparation to maintain consistency and ensure adherence to recipes
Ensure food meets quality standards
Order and requisition food, ingredients, and kitchen supplies
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen setting
Estimate the quantities and costs of food and supplies
Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Track and maintain records of food costs, usage, sales, and inventory
May be involved in the hiring process of kitchen staff
Job requirements:
Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
