This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and routing activities, ensuring KPI performance, and leading a team of 20–30 Drivers to deliver operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day distribution, Drivers and warehouse operations Manage and optimize delivery routes and logistics planning to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveriesMonitor and drive performance against key KPIs (e.G., productivity, accuracy, safety, cost per delivery)Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 20–30 employees (drivers, warehouse associates, merchandisers)Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies,



and regulatory requirementsAnalyze operational data and implement continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with transportation, customer service, and sales teamsSupport workforce planning, scheduling, and performance managementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (required) 3+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, or distribution operationsProven experience managing Drivers,delivery routes and logistics operationsDemonstrated ability to lead teams of 20–30 direct reportsStrong understanding of KPIs, reporting, and performance managementExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience working in a data-driven, matrix organization
