As a Senior Implementation Consultant (WorkForce Suite), you will lead the configuration and delivery of Workforce Software solutions (Time, Absence, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) to meet complex client business needs. You will work closely with clients and internal project teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful implementations. This role requires strong technical skills, client-facing consulting experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while delivering high client satisfaction.Required Skills & Experience4–6 years of experience in Workforce Management software ImplementationExperience configuring, mapping, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software applicationsStrong experience leading requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and maintaining BRDs, use cases, and process diagramsAbility to analyze business processes, system interfaces, and recommend optimized solutionsExperience with system testing (unit and system testing)
