Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses on unit procedures
• Communicate significant resident status changes to physicians
• Direct Personal Support Workers on the care team
• Participate in shift report for clear communication
• Liaise with the healthcare team and external partners
Requirements:
• Knowledge in geriatric and long-term care nursing
• Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience with relevant healthcare regulations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
