Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize mats, carts, and disposal units
• Operate dishwashers for effective dish cleaning
• Place dishes in designated storage areas
• Sanitize and wash dishes by hand as required
• Scour pots and pans as needed
• Remove kitchen garbage and maintain trash disposal
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish kitchen floors
Requirements:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
