Job Duties:
Supervise and coordinate staff activities
Set work schedules, monitor performance, and conduct regular evaluations
Plan, organize, and evaluate daily operations
Implement and adjust operational procedures based on business needs and service standards
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Address customer complaints or concerns promptly
Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders
Oversee revenue and labour costs to support effective budgeting and operational efficiency
Recruit and train staff, providing ongoing support throughout the training process
Job requirements:
Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
