Job Description
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the candidate will lead a team on the Monday to Friday 7:30 am–4:00 pm shift, consisting of full‑time and seasonal workers, in maintaining production levels.





Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the other Lead Associate and the Warehouse Manager to prioritize shipping and receiving of orders, while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Assist in keeping processes and procedures evolved, and maintain a clean and positive work workplace.

Qualifications

Warehouse experience.

Leadership experience.

Heavy lifting (100 lbs) repetitively.

Sit‑down counterbalance forklift experience.

Able to forklift wide and heavy loads is an asset.

Teamwork.

Safety.

Shift: Monday‑Friday 7:30 am–4:00 pm.
