Overview Sushi 5 is seeking a full time Restaurant Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position with wage depending on experience.
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $32.00 ~ $38.00/hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Number of Positions: 1
4% vacation pay
Job Duties Supervise and coordinate staff activities
Plan, manage and evaluate the overall performance of daily restaurant operations
Establish staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, and conduct performance reviews
Establish and implement customer service standards and operational procedures
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
Manage inventory, monitor revenues,



and adjust procedures and prices as needed
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial forms
Recruit and train staff, overseeing ongoing staff development
Job Requirements Experience: 2–3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
