Responsibilities

Operate machines to shape and clean lenses.

Insert lenses into matching frames.

Inspect the final product to ensure quality standards are met.

Cross‑train across coating, finishing and surfacing areas to support flexible production.

Qualifications – Basic

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum three (3) months of experience in a similar position.

Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

Attention to detail, precision and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to multitask and meet measurable standards in a energetic production environment.

Manual dexterity and depth perception.

Ability to perform repetitive movements with upper and lower extremities.

Must be able to regularly lift 10 pounds.





Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the optical or medical device manufacturing industry.
