Customer Service Coordinator
Ontario Pork, based in Guelph, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our agricultural marketing division by coordinating logistics, managing data, and ensuring explicit and timely communication with producers, transportation providers, and processing partners.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for farmers, transporters, and processing facilities.

Communicate scheduling updates, delivery times, and changes with professionalism and clarity.

Proactively address and resolve issues to maintain smooth transportation and customer satisfaction.

Organize and manage schedules to ensure timely and efficient logistics.

Prioritize urgent matters and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Ensure all necessary transporter documentation is completed.

Maintain accurate records in internal systems, including scheduling and pricing data.

Ensure all contact and contract information is current and complete.

Support the team with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.





Assist with pricing coordination and order processing.

Monitor market data and help administer forward pricing transactions.

Requirements

Experience in agriculture or familiarity with the agriculture industry is an asset.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in high-pressure situations.

Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Self‑motivated with a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and database application.
