Your Responsibilities Perform lifeguard duties and ensure guest safety
Coordinate with the land sport supervisor to monitor pool areas according to standards
Distribute tasks among lifeguards
Maintain signage and posting information
Follow resort standards on pool safety and hygiene
Implement corrective actions when needed
Manage and maintain equipment
Report issues to supervisors
