Chick‑fil‑A Tanger Ottawa is currently seeking a team member for BOH‑Kitchen team – Full time.

Responsibilities

Uphold the restaurant vision, mission, culture, and core values at all times.

Support our Winning Hearts Every Day strategy through excellent service and teamwork.

Follow all Pathway training standards and continuously strive for operational excellence.

Adhere to our First Mile, Second Mile, and Recovery Service Models.

Comply with all food safety, quality, and legislative requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workplace at all times.

Execute standard operating procedures effectively, including handling kitchen equipment and systems.

Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment while meeting speed, quality, and safety expectations.

Demonstrate strong personal qualities, including humility, collaboration, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an asset but not required—training provided.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Must demonstrate integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Skills and Working Conditions

Comfortable working in evening shifts up to 11pm

Must be legally permitted to work in Canada

Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs

Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time





Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment

Must be available to work Mondays - Saturdays

Must be available to work at least 2 Saturdays a month

Must be comfortable taking guest orders outside in the Drive Thru
