Job Summary We are looking for reliable and experienced Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our clients' facilities. You will ensure all cleaning tasks are carried out to the highest standards while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and surface disinfection
Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, and other high-traffic spaces following established protocols
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes
Restock cleaning supplies as needed and inform the supervisor when inventory is low
Follow safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a healthy and germ-free environment
Collaborate with clients to meet their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns
Maintain and troubleshoot cleaning equipment, reporting any malfunctions or damages
Adhere to company policies, ensuring compliance at all times




Work as part of a team to complete assignments efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping roles preferred
Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques
Ability to work independently and follow directions with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Physically able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Position Details This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. Work hours will vary depending on client needs, and evening or weekend shifts could be required. This contract role offers the possibility of permanent employment based on performance.
