Job Duties Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
Develop menu plans and ensure all food products meet established quality and consistency standards
Supervise activities of cooks and kitchen workers
Supervise and guide kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, and plating of menu items to ensure consistency and presentation standards
Evaluate and estimate food service operating costs and staffing needs for effective cost control
Keep records of food costs,



consumption, sales, and inventory
Coordinate the purchase, maintenance, and repair of kitchen equipment to ensure smooth daily operations
Recruit, onboard, and train kitchen staff to maintain a skilled and efficient team
Job requirements Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
