Job Title:
Handyman/Maintenance Technician

Job Type:
Full time/Part-time

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (optional)

Sunday: Off

Tasks:

Respond to emergency calls and perform urgent repairs

Conduct routine maintenance checks on properties

Perform carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks as needed

Communicate with clients and property managers

Complete tasks and reports as assigned

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as a handyman or maintenance technician

Relevant trade certifications or qualifications

Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 25kg
