Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Hand Warehouse Associate to join our team in Calgary. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with warehouse operations, proven leadership skills, and valid forklift certification. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys guiding a team toward operational success.
Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of warehouse associates in daily operations.
Coordinate order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure proper inventory control, accuracy, and documentation.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain productivity and safety standards.




Monitor workflow and communicate with supervisors and management on progress and challenges.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workplace.
Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or lead hand role.
Valid forklift certification with strong practical operating experience.
Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials as required.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead and support a team in achieving operational goals.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
