Role Overview As our Accounts Payable Clerk, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations across multiple departments. You’ll be responsible for managing vendor invoices, verifying payment accuracy, and maintaining organized financial records.
Responsibilities Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and staff reimbursements.
Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs via banking platforms and payment processors.
Maintain up-to-date vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
Track and organize invoices, purchase orders, and payment confirmations.
Support month-end closing and assist with financial reporting as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, HR) to ensure timely approvals.




Requirements 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting .
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite ) preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity.
Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced setting.
Nice-to-Haves Experience working in online social gaming, entertainment, or tech startups .
Familiarity with multi-currency transactions or international vendors.
Exposure to U.S. corporate finance operations or EOR payroll platforms.
