Metro Vancouver’s Liquid Waste Services Department seeks a Division Manager, Engineering, Design and Construction (EDC) – WWTP to lead engineers in delivering capital and operating projects for wastewater treatment facilities. You will foster collaboration across teams, manage budgets, and guide strategic initiatives to ensure safe, efficient infrastructure.

The role requires an engineering degree, P.Eng eligibility, and a track record of leadership in large municipal projects with robust
