· Wage: $31.00-$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
· Number of Positions: 1
· 10 days paid vacation per year
Job Duties:
· Estimate required quantities of food and supplies, and determine associated costs
· Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory levels
· Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty dishes in line with the restaurant’s menu
· Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices
· Instruct cooks on food preparation, cooking methods, garnishing, and presentation standards




· Supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks and other kitchen staff
· Order and maintain stock of food and kitchen supplies
· Plan menus and ensure all food items meet quality and consistency standards
Job requirements:
· Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
