Responsibilities

Greet clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner

Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly

Maximize clinic productivity through proper scheduling and confirmation of appointments

Prepare, record, and maintain any required documents or medical records

Keep hospital facility disinfected, organized and neat

Obtain deposits and payments from clients

Utilize computer systems like email applications, chat support,



and veterinary programs

Educate clients on veterinary services and care

What You Need to Succeed

At least one year of veterinary reception experience

Full-time and weekend availability is a must

Ability to manage high-volume calls, maintain professionalism in stressful situations, and open to receiving constructive feedback

Works effectively, independently or on a team, with compassion and empathy for pets and their owners

Great communication, time management, and attention to detail

High School Diploma or equivalent
