Position Info

Position: Restaurant Manager

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $37.00-38.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties

Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure productive service flow and consistent food quality standards

Plan and manage staff schedules based on business volume, peak hours, and operational needs to control labour costs

Supervise, train, and support front‑of‑house and kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards

Monitor staff performance and conduct regular evaluations, providing feedback and guidance to improve productivity and customer service

Manage inventory levels and oversee ordering of food, beverage, and restaurant supplies to minimize waste and control costs

Ensure compliance with health, safety,



and sanitation regulations, including food safety standards and workplace safety requirements

Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, taking appropriate action to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Participate in business planning and cost control, including monitoring revenues, expenses, and operational efficiency to support profitability

Job Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience

Education: Completion of secondary school
