Job Duties

Determine the services to be offered and implement operational procedures

Plan, coordinate, manage, and evaluate the activities and operations of the restaurant

Recruit, supervise staff members, and oversee staff training

Manage and set staff work schedules

Control inventory and organize when it needs

Modify menu prices according to the restaurant’s budget

Balance cash and complete balance sheets,



cash reports and related forms

Address customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for supplies

Job Requirements

Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience

Education: Completion of secondary school
