Wage: $37.00–$38.00/hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities Develop and implement operational policies to ensure consistent service standards
Prepare and manage budgets, actively monitoring departmental revenues and operating expenses
Direct staff operations and establish work schedules to ensure optimal coverage
Oversee maintenance activities, coordinating repairs and upkeep to ensure property quality and safety
Negotiate facility usage with clients for meetings and group functions




Manage vendor relationships and procurement to secure cost-effective procurement of supplies
Recruit and hire personnel to build and maintain a high-performing front office
Resolve guest complaints and provide front desk support during peak operational times
Qualifications Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in the accommodation industry is required
