The starting rate for this position is $26.40 per hour, with potential progression up to $33.01 after training. Pay may vary depending on factors like knowledge, skills, education, experience, and location.
General Description As a Production Technician, you will gain hands-on experience producing high-quality products in one of Goodyear's manufacturing plants. Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Follow standard work procedures and safety standards
Operate tire manufacturing (heavy industrial)



equipment and related machinery
Meet quality expectations for all output
Perform manual tasks in varying temperatures, including lifting, climbing, standing, squatting, bending, and working at heights
Adhere to attendance policies
Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
Follow all instructions accurately
Basic Qualifications HS Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
Ability to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend, and work at heights, with or without accommodations
Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed
Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Production Technician in manufacturing
Additional education or certifications in manufacturing
Experience with industry safety standards
