Job Duties:
· Assisted with moving, loading and delivering building supplies and equipment to various areas of the renovation site.
· Helped prepare work areas by setting up temporary platforms, barriers, and basic support structures.
· Mixed and applied materials such as concrete, mortar, and asphalt under the direction of skilled workers.
· Provided hands-on support to carpenters, masons, roofers and other trades during home renovation projects.
· Supported installation of framing, walls, flooring, roofing and other structural components.
· Used basic hand tools and power tools to carry out assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
· Helped keep the work site organized by collecting scrap, removing debris, and sorting reusable materials.
· Assisted in site preparation activities such as grading soil, leveling ground,
and marking layouts.
· Carried out routine upkeep and easy repair tasks as instructed by supervisors.
· Other renovation related tasks assigned by the employer
Requirements:
– No formal education required; on-the-job training provided
– Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment
– Willingness to follow safety instructions and work as part of a team
– Basic English communication skills preferred
Wage:
$24.00 per hour
Hours:
30-40 hours per week
