Job Overview
Boutique Fitness Instructor is a fitness and health enthusiast who motivates clients to reach their fitness goals in a fun group setting. The role requires you to be personable, energetic, and dedicated to creating a friendly, welcoming environment while ensuring safety and proper technique during classes.

Responsibilities

Arrive 10‑15 minutes before class starts.

Check in at the front desk.

Chat with members prior to class to address music choices or injuries.

Welcome and introduce yourself to participants.

Conduct the class with enthusiasm and motivation.

Stay 10‑15 minutes after class to connect, collect feedback, and offer assistance.

Qualifications

Must be a Pilates Reformer Certified Instructor.

Experience or workshops relating to fitness and health.

1+ years of studio fitness instructor experience preferred.

Recent criminal background check required.

Current CPR/First Aid certification required, maintained during employment.

Experience Required
