Base pay range: CA$25.00/hr
Job Details Position: Bilingual Service Availability Representatives
Location: London, ON (Onsite)
Contract Period: 24 months with potential to convert
Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour, with variations based on shift ( Standard, 2nd Shift, Overnight )
Shift Schedule: Rotational shifts (able to work all 3 shifts), including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support via phone and email
Log tickets with detailed problem documentation
Escalate incidents and follow up with internal teams
Identify and escalate high-impact issues
Monitor support trends and recommend improvements
Build proficiency across tools and technologies over time




Must-Have Skills Bilingual: French & English (verbal and written)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Robust technical troubleshooting skills
Proficient in Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint)
Able to type 30+ words per minute
Familiarity with PC hardware and general computing environments
Team player who collaborates well and works independently
Nice to Have Experience with incident ticketing systems
Technical degree or IT certification
Previous call center or technical support experience
Schedule Candidates must be available for rotating shifts (24/7/365) .
