Overview
A career as an administrative assistant for the Quebec region is an important role for a variety of team leaders. You carry out various coordination and planning tasks to optimize schedules and help achieve the objectives of the business line and your managers.
Your role
Proactively coordinate the agenda and emails and carry out rigorous follow‑ups with managers
Interact confidentially with various bank partners and internal members on various human‑resources files
Carry out follow‑ups and/or reminders, when necessary, on tasks to support managers
Organize internal and external meetings, ensuring administrative follow‑up and coordinating all related logistics
Provide administrative support to your teams and work closely with the team of assistants to improve the administrative functioning of the department and develop internal procedures and processes
Coordinate and participate in the organization of various events when required
Contribute to various projects
Your team
Within the Commercial team, you are part of a large group of about 35 colleagues and report to the Regional Vice President – Commercial and Private Banking. Prerequisite
Completed vocational or college diploma or five years of relevant experience
Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and all collaboration tools
Sense of autonomy, initiative and urgency
Robust adaptability and proactivity
Professionalism, thoroughness and confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to work in a team
Experience working with a large group of employees
