Make a difference as a Child and Family Support Practitioner with Enviros, focusing on young people in a supportive and structured setting. This key role involves direct interaction with youth while implementing care plans to promote their well-being.
As a full-time (1.0 FTE) employee working Tuesday to Saturday, you will supervise children in the Connects Program, guiding them through daily routines while fostering personal growth. This position involves collaboration with a committed team and encompasses administrative responsibilities to ensure effective service delivery. Enviros emphasizes strength-based practices, cultural humility, and building relationships based on trust.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and support youth within the Connects Program
• Ensure implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Participate in daily household activities and routines
• Complete necessary administrative tasks efficiently
• Create a safe environment encouraging skill mastery
Requirements:
• Education in Human Services or a related area
• Experience with youth in group living scenarios
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles
• Current First Aid and CPR C certification
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
