Position Details What You Will Do
Review documents to determine recovery or salvage remittance
Order all police reports as required
Ensure adequate reserving practices




Identify responsible parties and create recovery packages
Proactive diary management and follow-up calls with members, TPA, PC’s, etc.
File reporting as per company procedure, including processing payments
Provide immediate and effective responses through written/telephone communication to lawyers, clients, third parties
Ongoing processing of claims, liability and quantum investigation, needs analysis, and customer service
Ensure proper reserves are established
Who You Are
Post-secondary education and related work experience
Minimum 1 year experience in claims, subrogation, or collections
Property/Auto Claims experience is an asset
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
High attention to detail
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
