• Provide direct assistance with activities of daily living
• Monitor clients’ physical and emotional health
• Report observations to the nursing staff
• Maintain compliance with ethical care standards
• Engage clients in recreational programs as needed

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent needed
• Graduate from a Health Care Aide program
• Current registration with CLHA is essential
• Effective communication skills required
• Valid driver's license required
