Take charge as a Coordinator for Home Confinement Oversight in our Programs Department, supervising residents and ensuring adherence to compliance regulations. This full time role demands excellent communication and organizational skills.

As a Home Confinement Coordinator, you will monitor resident compliance with the Statement of Work by performing regular checks and coordinating with various stakeholders, including Case Managers and Security Monitors. Your strong planning and prioritization skills will be crucial for maintaining schedules and compliance. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety and security throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct mandatory weekly employment checks for residents
• Execute regular checks of resident’s living conditions




• Collaborate on schedules with Case Manager(s)
• Ensure compliance through movement sheet reviews
• Address and report policy breaches as necessary

Requirements:
• Required: High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year in corrections or reentry field
• Must hold a valid driver's license and citizenship
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Must pass thorough background screening
