Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure effective service
Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
Knowledge of mixing and serving drinks
Familiarity with cash handling procedures
Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
