- Participate daily in the childcare program with an inclusion-focused approach
- Plan alongside families to support children's diverse needs
- Coordinate and lead care planning meetings with the educator team
- Co-create and implement daily programming aligned with AHS principles
- Support Indigenous wellness and education approaches
Requirements:
- Basic ECE certification; ECE-SN preferred
- Valid First Aid certification
- 2 years of experience in early childhood education
- Passion for equity in child care
- Robust communication and collaboration skills
