Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for maintaining safety practices, managing construction quality, and supporting team members on-site. - Manage on-site construction for new home projects
- Enforce safety practices according to Qualico’s standards
- Build and sustain positive relationships with trades




- Ensure work meets all building codes and quality standards
