General Description: Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment throughout the resort.

This role supports the safe and reliable operation of resort facilities by ensuring electrical infrastructure is maintained to a high standard and in compliance with applicable codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Required

- Red Seal Electrician Certification
- Completion of a recognized electricianapprenticeship program
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and electrical codes
- Proficiency with electrical testing and diagnostic equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting

Preferred

- Experience in commercial, institutional, hospitality, or facility environments
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Knowledge of building systems, controls, motors, pumps, and related equipment

Responsibilities:

- Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, andinstall electrical systems, equipment, fixtures, and controls throughout theresort
- Diagnose electrical and electronic faults andrepair or replace defective components
- Perform preventative maintenance on electricalsystems and equipment
- Install, modify,



and upgrade wiring,electrical devices, and distribution systems as required
- Test electrical systems and components toverify safe and proper operation
- Respond to maintenance service requests andoperational issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate maintenance records anddocumentation
- Ensure all work is completed in accordancewith applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Support maintenance projects and facilityimprovements as required
- Contribute to a safe and professional workenvironment
