This opportunity offers exposure to high-quality workplace law matters, including advising First Nations governments and major employers across Western Canada. Labour disputes and employment litigation Wrongful dismissal claims Human rights and workplace investigations Policy development and compliance advice This area of practice is a strong focus for the team, and their lawyers often appear before courts, arbitrators, and administrative tribunals on behalf of clients that include First Nations governments and organizations, multinational companies, construction and mining companies, manufacturers, and regional employers. 4+ years of post call experience with a strong emphasis on Labour & Employment law highly preferred ~ We use AI tools to assist in a fair and efficient matching process, helping our recruiters connect the right people with the right opportunities.
