As a full-time Navigator, you will engage with clients undergoing challenges due to dementia. The Alzheimer Society requires participation in program delivery and outreach while maintaining precise records. You’ll also be responsible for helping shape public understanding of dementia and its impacts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support client referral processes and follow-up activities
• Engage in delivering community-focused programs
• Update client records with accuracy and integrity




• Promote services and benefits for individuals living with dementia
• Assist in raising public awareness on dementia issues

Requirements:
• Previous experience in client service environments
• Understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and related issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with MS Office 365 and data management
