We’re searching for an Insurance Advisor at Westland Insurance Group Ltd in Manitoba, located in our Portage - Downtown office. You will promote and educate clients on insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help grow our presence in the local community.

Responsibilities

Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention.

Uncover clients’ business challenges and act as a client advocate by identifying their needs and providing recommendations.

Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles.

Demonstrate curiosity and continually seek opportunities to grow your career.

Qualifications

Laser-focused with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Natural at building authentic client relationships.

Excellent time manager who prioritizes workload, demonstrates confidentiality, and discretion.

Insurance broker Level 1 license, or working toward CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).

Bonus: 6+ months of industry experience.
