GENERAL LABORER
Polyurethane Manufacturing
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer to join our polyurethane manufacturing team. This hands‑on role supports production operations through finishing work, material handling, and production assistance in a dynamic manufacturing workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Grind and polish polyurethane parts to meet quality specifications

Roll and prepare metal tubes for production processes

Build wooden crates and packaging materials for product shipment

Provide production support for polyurethane pouring operations

Assist with mold preparation and setup

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials

Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship





Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and techniques

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work in a team environment

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is an asset

Comfort working with hand tools and basic equipment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Hourly wage: $20-25/hour based on experience
