Retail Representative – Full Time
We are currently recruiting for a results-oriented Retail Representative to represent our clients.

This role offers the unique opportunity to utilize your retail sales experience in a more strategic way through the development of direct sales, merchandising and POS placement. You will be responsible for calling on clients in the Grocery, Gas & Convenience Retail Channel to communicate and execute sales and merchandising strategies, promotions and guidelines.

Responsibilities

Provide sales and merchandising coverage and coverage of retail special projects for an assigned territory through in-store execution of client priorities and objectives.

Handheld reporting.

Merchandising.

Maintain 100% distribution of existing items.

Ensure adherence to shelving guidelines and plan-ograms.

Conduct pricing audits.

Build displays and place point-of-sale material.

Build relationships with store personnel.

Negotiate product placement.

Communicate client information and sell promotions.

Qualifications

Prior territory retail sales experience is preferred.

Available to work Monday to Friday.

Regular access to a reliable vehicle,



a valid driver’s license, secure driving record and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements.

Strong communication skills in French.

Organized, self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Computer literate and comfortable using digital technology (handheld, camera, etc.).

Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs, stand, bend, reach on a daily basis.

Able to drive for extended periods of time.

Ability to store sample products and racking.

Access to high‑speed Internet.
