Boutique Fitness Instructors are fitness and health enthusiasts who are motivated to share their technical knowledge with our members in a fun group setting. They thrive on encouraging and motivating clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through group exercise classes. They are personable, often energetic, can be spiritual and always dedicated to helping our members improve their overall health and wellness. They aren’t shy to be center stage and have a knack for cultivating a friendly and welcoming environment. These multi‑taskers keep an attentive eye on their class participants ensuring everyone is safe, using proper technique and enjoying themselves. Typical Day
Arrive at the club 10–15 minutes prior to the class beginning
Check‐in at the front desk
Chat with members getting ready to participate in class (receiving music suggestions, noting clients with injuries and required modifications)
Welcome members to your class, introduce yourself, and get them excited!
Conduct the class with enthusiasm and motivation
Remain 10–15 minutes after the class to connect with members and obtain feedback
Requirements
Certifications or workshops relating to fitness and health
1+ years of experience as a Studio Fitness instructor is advantageous and preferred
A recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work
All team members must have current CPR/First Aid certification prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment
