The Role: NorthCo is hiring a Siding Laborer to join our growing team! This is a full-time, hands‑on role for someone who shows up ready to work, takes direction well, and takes pride in keeping a tight, clean jobsite. If you've got a background in construction or exterior work, you'll fit right in.
We're looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and coachable — someone who wants to be part of a crew that does things the right way. You'll be working alongside experienced tradespeople who hold each other accountable and take the finished product seriously.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist the Crew Chief and team with daily siding operations
Prepare and maintain clean, organized worksites throughout each project
Handle material pick‑ups and deliveries between sites and suppliers
Perform material cuts and retrieve tools and equipment as needed
Work safely at heights from a lift or staging
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
Post clear, relevant daily logs in BuilderTrend (our job tracking software — used to log work and keep everyone aligned)

Requirements What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in construction or a related field is an asset
Comfortable working at heights from a lift or staging
Ability to lift heavy materials and handle physically demanding work
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude
Able to take direction and work effectively as part of a crew
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Respectful of clients' properties and always maintains a qualified presence on site
