Job Description:
As Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be the operational backbone of BONDAI's delivery team — supporting the Account Manager, Program Manager, and Partnerships team in executing campaigns, coordinating day‑to‑day activities, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
This is an entry‑to‑mid‑level role designed for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn how enterprise marketing platforms, client programs, and loyalty partnerships work in practice. You will touch every part of the business — from campaign scheduling and partner coordination to project tracking and client reporting — giving you a broad foundation to grow into a more senior role over time.
What You’ll Do:
Campaign & content operations
Coordinate the scheduling, execution, and follow‑up of campaign activities including newsletters, promotional banners, Limited Time Offers (LTOs), and event communications
Assist the Account Manager in preparing client‑facing campaign briefs, status updates, and performance summaries
Support quality assurance on marketing materials — reviewing for accuracy, brand consistency, and completeness before launch
Maintain campaign calendars and ensure all stakeholders are aware of upcoming deadlines and deliverables
Project & Program Support
Support the Partnerships team with onboarding admin and agreement tracking
Coordinate partner offer submissions and ensure offers are accurately loaded, scheduled, and live on time
Flag discrepancies, expiring agreements, or overdue partner deliverables for the Partnerships Manager's review
Reporting & Data Management
Compile and format regular performance reports across client programs and partner campaigns
Maintain accurate records in CRM (Zoho) and project management platforms, ensuring data integrity across tools
Support the preparation of business review decks and client reporting packages
Assist with offer audits and data reconciliation as needed
What You’ll Need:
1–3 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, operations support, project coordination, or administrative role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you catch what others miss and follow through consistently
Clear written and verbal communication skills — comfortable corresponding with clients, partners, and internal teams
Proficiency with project management or CRM tools (Asana, Zoho) and Google Workspace
Nice to have:
Exposure to digital marketing, loyalty programs, or community platforms
Experience supporting client‑facing teams or working in an agency environment
Post‑secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
What you can expect from us:
Downtown Toronto Location: collaborative open‑concept space with coworking amenities, coffee/snacks and breakfast.
Hybrid Work Option: Team members work on‑site Tuesday through Thursday and have the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays to support flexibility and work‑life balance.
Comprehensive Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, RRSP matching, and healthcare coverage, including dental, vision, and prescription drugs.
Small, tight‑knit team: direct access to leadership and meaningful ownership of your work from day one.
Room to grow: a clear path toward a specialist or manager role as the team scales
