Job Title : Class 1 Truck Drivers
Location : Grande Prairie, AB
Job Type : Contract
Salary : Competitive, based on experience

Sideworx Connect is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Class 1 Truck Drivers for multiple temporary contract positions we have upcoming. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of direct experience hauling in the oilfield, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Utilize proper PPE for loading and offloading product

Complete daily accurate pre-inspections and post-inspections regulatory logs and timesheets

Ensure information on Bill of Lading is correct

Ensure that electronic logs align with Federal regulations

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience in Canada

Oilfield/off road driving experience required

Super-b or bulker experience preferred





Driver's abstract with no more than 6 demerits & no impaired driving convictions

Must know how to use tire chains

Polite and skilled attitude

High regard for safety

Reliable with a strong work ethic

Certifications Required

Must have a valid Class 1 driver’s license and provide current 5-year commercial drivers abstract

Standard First Aid & CPR – Level C (AB & BC)

H2S Alive

Common Safety Orientation (CSO)

Other Job Requirements

Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol test

Must be clean shaven for masks FIT test

Must be able to pass driver evaluation using an 18-speed manual
