Requirements: 7+ years in network/technology operations, with at least 3–5 years in management. Experience with enterprise networks, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud services (Azure/AWS). Servers, storage, virtualization (Hyper‑V, VMware), endpoint management (SCCM) ITIL certified or equivalent process awareness. Proven track record in strategic network planning, design, and operational improvements .
