They are also well known for operating with incredible integrity and customer service.Your recent roleWe require an experienced Superintendent to lead the construction of a new build wood frame multifamily project located in Vancouver. You will ensure the success of the project through meticulous management accomplishing excellence in execution of scope, schedule, and quality. You will work with high quality trades that are handpicked for their ability to perform.What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role you must be a proactive individual with excellent communication and a high level of initiative. Candidates for consideration must have extensive industry experience and knowledge of wood frame multifamily construction.



The ideal candidate is a team player with a relevant history of successfully completed projects of this nature. Candidates from either a Developer/Builder or General Contractor background will be considered. An experienced Assistant Superintendent that feels ready to step up and lead their own project for the first time will be considered if you have the appropriate aptitude and knowledge to take the step up.What you'll get in returnThe company pay attractive salaries and bonuses to attract and retain top tier talent.
