Support meal services at our Hamilton facility as a Cook/Dietary Aide. Your role will be essential in promoting health through nutritious meal delivery.

This Cook/Dietary Aide position focuses on preparing and serving protected, high-quality meals in line with health regulations. You will work alongside an interdisciplinary team, ensuring meals are presented attractively and served according to residents’ needs, while also participating in operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve meals as per health guidelines
• Clean and maintain equipment and dining areas
• Report any repair needs to maintain safety
• Engage in meal planning based on resident preferences
• Participate in departmental committees and training

Requirements:
• Completion of Food Service Worker Program required
• Previous dietary experience in LTC preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Skill in English communication for following instructions
• Competent in safe handling of chemicals
